Re-entering the workforce as a parent of young children can be a challenge. With the right support, it doesn’t need to be.

RCC is a provider of the ParentsNext program which is a voluntary program designed to help parents with young children plan and prepare for future employment or study. For those looking to re-enter the workplace, this service is designed to support you through the process.

We understand that parents need flexibility, so our offering gives you options. We can meet with you in person or over the phone – whatever is convenient for you. Once we understand your requirements, we’ll work together on a dedicated plan specifically for you to support your journey on the path to employment.

Choosing to participate in ParentsNext can help you:

*We provide tailored support to your personal circumstances, goals and abilities. Given ParentsNext is a voluntary program, you can take advantage of the benefits of ParentsNext, however there are no penalties if you choose not to participate at any time.

The program is available in Ballina, Bathurst, Casino, Condobolin, Cowra, Dubbo, Forbes, Grafton, Kyogle, Lismore, Lithgow, Maclean, Mudgee, Orange, Parkes and Wellington.

ParentsNext Engagement Support Vouchers

The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations has announced an exciting new incentive for clients who wish to engage with the ParentsNext program.

RCC can now provide participants with an Engagement Support voucher following your attendance at a face-to-face appointment. The Engagement Support voucher will be a store gift card of your choosing that will most benefit you.
