RCC has been selected by the Australian Government as a trusted provider of the New Energy Apprenticeships Mentoring program across Australia.
The Mentoring Program is intended to maximise retention of New Energy Apprentices by building strong linkages between new entrants to the Clean Energy sector and skilled workers and businesses already operating in the sector.

BENEFITS FOR APPRENTICES
New Energy Apprenticeship Mentoring offers career-based guidance and advice, peer support and networking opportunities for New Energy Apprentices. This mentoring is aimed at building industry-based relationships as you embark on your career in a clean energy occupation.

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
The New Energy Apprenticeships Mentoring Program is available to Australian Apprentices working in the clean energy sector. There are 40 occupations listed as clean energy on the Australian Apprenticeships Priority List.
To be eligible for the New Energy Apprenticeships Mentoring Program, you must be:
- Training towards a clean energy occupation on the Australian Apprenticeships Priority List.
- Undertaking a Cert III, IV, Diploma or Advanced Diploma level qualification for an occupation on the Australian Apprenticeships Priority List.
- Employed by an organisation who can provide meaningful exposure, experience and work in the clean energy sector.
